Export WooCommerce Data
This is a very powerful dashboard and allows you to export all woocommerce Order data. This is one of the dashboards available as part of this woocommerce reporting plugin
This is a very unique and user friendly way to preview your woocommerce orders and export them once you have selected what you need.
How do you select WooCommerce Orders to Export
It provides a date filter on the top. Using the date filter you can select the date range for all your orders.
You can then pick what order status you wish to preview (completed, cancelled, on-hold, processing etc)
On the left side, you can pick different meta data filters. These include all the additional meta fields your Woocommerce Store might have installed via plugins and extensions. Once you pick a meta field, you can then select the values you wish to zoom in.
And finally, you can select the number of rows you wish to export. Change this from the drop down.
Once all the rows are displayed, you can click on the Excel icon to export woo data

Powerful Meta Data Filter
The meta data filter allows you to Include or Exclude certain meta fields from your export of woocommerce orders
- Export all orders that contain a particular payment type (say paypal)
- Export all orders that contain Paypal and Stripe as payment type
- Export all Orders that are not paid via Paypal
- Export all Orders that Ship to a particular country (e.g _shipping country is Australia)
- Export all Orders that Ship to USA
- Export all Orders that ship to particular States within USA (e.g Florida and Virginia)
Drill down to Order Line Items
In the latest update, we include a drill down mechanism. Once you find all your orders you can click on the order and the grid view below the main will show all the line level details. This is to verify and extract any product related information
Filter by Product Name
On the right hand side, you can see a list of all Product Names – SKUs. You can pick one product or multiple products. This filter will allow you to display all orders that contain the selected products.
