Helper PHP File

launch_mysql_infocaptor.php is a little helper file. The main purpose of this file is to check for the Java version available on the client's PC and if not available then provide them instructions on how to obtain it. Once the right Java version is established it finally gives a call to the dashboard_mysql_config.php to launch.
