Create Dashboard for MS Access using SQL

Once you have downloaded InfoCaptor. Select the "sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver" in the connection dialog

Enter your DSN name for the database that you want to connect. Replace "northwind" with your database DSN name.

Leave all other fields blank
Click on the Connect button
Once connected the connect box will disappear.

  • Now click on the new dashboard button (right next to connect button)
  • A window will popup - enter your dashboard name
  • Now click on the new Qlet button (right next to "Dashboard" label)
  • Enter all the details as highlighted below

  • Enter the name of Qlet
  • Select the connection
  • Enter the SQL query in the text area
  • click on Apply button
