EUL5.sql and EUL5_APPS.sql install steps

Prepare to generate Discoverer Documentation

If you wish to skip this section, then you could individually run the eul5.sql and eul5_apps.sql as the eul_owner. (These files are located in your Discoverer\util directory, for e.g c:\oraclebiToolsHome_1\Discoverer\utils\) This is the same requirement as the one needed to run the seeded EUL reports.

The following steps are only for convenience as you can run the above scripts from within InfoCaptor.

  • Download Infocaptor
  • Launch InfoCaptor. Connect to the database as the EUL owner (e.g eul5_us).If you are using 'Apps' based EUL then you could login as 'Apps' check this article for help connecting
  • Download Installation Wizard/Dashboard and open the disco_report_install.icv file from InfoCaptor.

  • Select the appropriate EUL owner from the "EUL Owner Accounts" parameter
  • Click on the button "Step 1. Click on this button"
  • If the "Is this Apps based EUL" returns a Yes, then click on the "Step 2" button
  • If you have more than one "EUL Owner Accounts" (if the drop down list shows more than one value) then you may select the next owner and repeat the steps by clicking on "Step 1 .." button.
  • You may close this dashboard now and open the disco_report.icv file and generate documentation on your EUL
