Business Area portlet (qlet)

This is the business area portlet. It shows a listing of all the Business areas for the selected 'EUL Owner'. For each business area it shows some very important metrics as discussed below

1 . Business Area Tree nodeBusiness Area Tree node

Business Area Tree node
Double click on this node will refresh the Business Areas portlet. Single click will simply display this portlet. The checkbox on the node indicates if this has to be included in the document generation process. If it is unchecked then the contents of Business Areas and all of its children (Folders, Folder Filters...) will not be included in the PDF or HTML document.

2 . Business Area NameBusiness Area Name

Business Area Name
This column displays the name of the Business area. The column name has a (++Drill) indicator which means you can drill into Business Area details from this column value

3 . Total number of foldersTotal number of folders

Total number of folders
This metric tells us how many folders exists in each Business area. You don't want a very fat or thin business area.

4 . Filter totalFilter total

Filter total
Total number of filters defined in each business area. Filters are defined on the folders of a particular business area

5 . Access Granted TotalAccess Granted Total

Access Granted Total
This metric tells how many users or responsibilities have been given access to this particular Business Area

6 . Workbook TotalWorkbook Total

Workbook Total
Total number of workbooks defined using this Business Area
